People & Organisations are invited to create a roadmap in life extension:

Alcor, ImmInst, MPrize, WTA, Foresight, CI, LEF

I suggest someone donate his money to leroadmap.org for example.

the papers would be a work from various organisation in the goal to avoid death, starting version 1.0 and evolving each year with a new paper.

the roadmap would be endorsed by many people.

Alternately today I was thinking about a kind of personalised plan for life extension and overall health. Kind of like how someone might write a business plan but instead write a plan for how they are going to care for their body over the next 10 years and beyond. We could make a template available under an open license and people could even make their own plans available for other people to read and comment.

Some very common things that people would copy from the template plan for example is a program for:

* minimising inflammation and improve and maintain vascular health (though monitoring HS-CRP, blood pressure and taking anti inflammatory, flavinoids etc)
* Photoaging
* improve insulin sensitively / glycolysis
* diet plans / nutrition
* monitoring and maintenance of organs like the brain, liver, kidneys, pancreas etc
* gene activations such SIRT1/2, FOX genes, NF-.KAPPA.B etc
* proteins

in a way it could be a lot like a business plan with a statement of personal net worth, capital required, risk management including mitigating risks etc. The idea is to get everything that is possible with todays technology organised and plan a head of things like stem cells / personal genomics/ protenomics sequencing and the like for future years.

Everyone will have their own business plan (if they sit down and write one) and it will reflect their own individual needs. e.g. the age, gender, location, genetics, life style choices future plans and aspirations. Some people won't settle for being super long lived they will also want to be super beautiful!
