As some of you might know my only real interest in life is Biosciences and Medical Sciences. I want to delete the objections that exists in peoples mind by actually doing the science and push these developments into the real world. I'm tired of religious and theological scruples.

My spirit has been awakened by the historical moment we're in right now, a convergence of falling taboos, and the inexorable march of science. These spheres are overlapping so neatly that many of these developments could be done tomorrow.

Future Advancements In Biosciences & Medical Sciences

This is a list over possible future advancements in biosciences and medical sciences from the 21st century and beyond. The advancements listed are developments not completed to date.

Transplantation Medicine (TX)

First heart transplantation with a heart regenerated in vitro for transplantation in vivo.
Therby avoid potential immune rejection and immunosuppressant drugs.

Transplantation Medicine

First successful human head transplant with the patient not being quadriplegic.
Estimate: 2080.

Transplantation of a human brain into an android body. Estimate: 2150.

Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ARTs)

First human born with DNA from two humans with same sex. So that lesbian and gay (LG) can have biological children. Estimate: 2020.

Human Reproductive Regeneration. Therby consitute the first asexual reproduction in the history of humanity. Estimate: 2020.

The Prospect of Ectogenesis in Humans. Estimate: 2040.

Reprogenetics in Humans. Estimate: 2040.

Human born with an artificial chromosome. Estimate: 2030.

The human species split into two distinguished species as a result of the reproduction between humans with artificial chromosomes. Estimate: 2050.

First human born with a totally synthetic DNA. Estimate 2020.

First human born with a synthetic DNA composed of parts from three parental DNAs. Estimate: 2030.

First human born with an synthetic DNA compared of parts from multiple parental DNAs. Estimate: 2030.

First human born with an synthetic DNA compared of parts from multiple parental DNAs and DNA from an animal species. Estimate: 2080. (Delayed because of controversy).

Firts human born as a result of germline engineering. Estimate: 2050.

Regenerative Medicine

Regrowth of lost limbs in humans. Estimate: 2080.

Whole-body regeneration. Estimate: 2090.

Scar free surgery made possible by Regenerative Medicine. Estimate: 2040.

Neurogenesis

The creation of a human brain in vitro. Estimate: 2090.

Synthetic Biology

The creation of the first synthetic organism. Estimate: 2015.

Future Medical Devices

An electromagnetic pulse devic based on electro-magnetics used in surgery that does not cut through tissue directly but “penetrates” it in a way that cells turn away from the electromagnetical pulse so that surgery leave no scars. Estimate: 2060.

I hate to tell you this but the estimate you've created here is just madness...
We probably wont be able to create an 100% synthetic organism this century...
Although, kinda depends in what you mean with "synthetic" organism.
If you are referring to something with organs made of cells, you better wait another century...

The creation of the first synthetic bacteria will probably happen before 2015. Dr. J. Craig Venter and his team of 500 scientist are working on it at JCVI and also his private company Synthetic Genomics.

Here are two articles from BBC:

A bacteria is defined as an organism according to Wikipedia:

2090 for whole body regeneration, that means I will miss it by 30-40 years depending how long my life will be and no one here will be alive to see it (likely)

that`s pretty...awful
