my suggestion is ~2mg, 150% dri as standard pyridoxine hydrocholoride
I'd much prefer a few mg of p5p.

what about both p5p and pyridoxamine together. That would be a first in any supplement and they have benefits unique to each.
What does pyridoxamine do that p5p doesn't?

I would prefer that we use P5P and at a higher dose than that (not ALOT higher but more than 2mg).
how much were you thinking? 5? 10?

You guys are right, I forgot about the legal issues with Pyridoxamine.
I reckon p5p, minimum 10mg
why 10mg? is there some benefit to 10mg that wouldnt be seen at 4-5mg?

God I hope you're trying to cut costs for EVERYONE and not just the manufacturer.
Anyway, since the FDA is being an idea-looting bitch in tandem with the pharma industry, I say we just mix P.HCL and P5P in a 2:1 ratio ala b-right, possibly at a lower dose.
OR just go pure p5p. Dunno yet. If the dose for b6 turns out to be low, though I'd like to see more p5p than other forms.
Another form out there is PAK, though I haven't read up on it.
I don't get why we bothered with seperate topics on forms, everyone seems to be discussing forms in here anyway.
