Members may make donations right now to build our virtual and physical school.

We recognize several levels or degrees of initiation, and we identify our members by degree. These degrees are:

Virtual Adept ( First Degree ) 100$

Adept ( Second Degree ) 500$

Colleague ( Third Degree ) 1000$

Futurologist ( Fourth Degree ) 2500$

Pro Futurologist ( Fifth Degree ) 5000$

Corporate of the future ( Sixth Degree ) 10 000$

The Members have a community: a secret mailing list, a secret forum and a secret IRC Channel where to discuss new ideas and new technologies. While we study and watch moral codes in technologies.

All can be seen here: http://future.wikici...l_of_futurology

You have got to be kidding me! Jon, I know you're desparate to help fund the future somehow, but this is just pathetic. You're free to do what you want, social or legal consequences aside. But don't expect much support.

Each member wear a bracelet or a neckless "Future Is Our Religion". That`s cool.

If Jay want to join than everybody want to join lol. All the money gathered will be for advertising our way of thinking like the schools in encient greek...

We have a philosophy nevertheless and I will study philsophy soon, my aim is to get a PhD in philo and my paper will be on the nature of the future.

Now wait prometheus, I didn't necessarily say I wanted to join.

But seriously, how much discount for a Director?

I updated the page, it`s more interesting..

I can give you a discount of 30% but nothing more ok, it`s important to distribute the meme of the future: future

Now wait a minute, a Director can't get a bigger discount than any other ImmInst member?

If prometheus agreed to pay $3,000, wouldn't you be willing to slip him a 40% discount and make him a fifth degree Pro Futurologist?

Man.. this guy is one tough cookie. Fancy that, no extra discount for a Director. Just goes to show you this is a thankless job.

Tell you what - I'll trade you a 5th degree in fututology for some biology tutoring!

This reminds me of a Futurama episode where Dr. Zoidberg says: "It so happens I have mail order degrees in Murderology and Murderonomy."

do you have to pay admission or just join because I'm a technologist and ecologist i'm interested in developing new technologies like vehicles that run with the force of the universe and trying to discover the fountain of youth.

How can people trust you not to take this money for yourself, for self needs? Why the heck if I may ask, are you not going to study and research if you keep claiming that people who die are dumb even if that is age that took them claiming they were ignorant?

Oh right, force-of-the-universe powered cars... I'm pretty sure I read something about that in the February issue of Car & Driver...

I agree with Infernity and DonSpanton, this seems... I'm skeptic of it to say the least.

If you want to help become a member and then after come to our community and discuss about the last technology developed..

Money will be there for creating a school about the future.

Don't you think 10 teachers at $50k/yr to teach 40 students is a little high?

Well it looks like you spent 2 hours on the wikipedia site, so you should be seeing all kinds of "Corporates of the future" (as a side note: learn English) signing up, right?
