FINAL - Ratification of ImmInst's Constitution

All ImmInst Members will have an opportunity to vote on the final version of the ImmInst Constitution.

Voting Starts Dec 15 and Ends Dec 25. The Board will make a final vote, and the Constitution will go into effect on Dec 30.

After generous discussions with 'thefirstimmortal' William Constitution O'Rights, and upon advice from Lazarus Long and others, I shall resubmit the Constitution to a vote by All ImmInst Members on Dec 15th - Dec 25th.
