I like the part where he is slapping Peter around and saying "Do you remember me now Peter?!? Do you remember me now?!?"
Also the end part where he killed the guy, and the resurrects him and kills him again. I laughed for a minute straight I think.

Funny how those action-adventure movie clichés lend themselves so readily to a parody of the Jesus story.
BTW, I notice that in a lot of these kinds movies and TV shows, terrorists have offices in trendy nightclubs. When did this particular cliché start?

Yeah, I have noticed that too, AA. I have wondered about the trendy nightclub thing as well for villians.
An episode from the fourth season of Alias even ridicules this idea, in self-referential irony. The series' resident geek, Marshall, says:
According to the memory chip, Korjev's storing the targeting system in the sub-basement of a discotheque that he owns call the Club Felix . . . which officially begs the question, "What is it with these guys and nightclubs?"
