Question....has anyone noticed recently that the executives or powers that be at their workplace have had a shift in mindset. For example has your boss been telling you that
"it's not about the owners anymore!" "
It's about the employees."
"The employees are the bread and butter" and so on.......yada yada
Well.....have you then, as an employee made any attempts to change the workplace that you are in? Considering that it's all about the employee and that you have the power have you ? Well guess what?
