I just read the article in this month's LEF magazine:

http://www.lef.org/m...prostate_01.htm

They make a pretty convincing arguement to supplement with 5-Loxin, but I'm not really seeing that much posted here about it...

LEF suggests that it is very safe, and well it appears there is little downside... Quite inexpensive, supports prostate health and joint health.

Is this a worthy addition to any male's regimen?

I would supplement with 5-loxin, but it makes my skin extremely dry.

I've been taking it as part of LEF's prostate capsule, and I just order some stand-alone 5-Loxin, too. Reducing inflammation cannot be understated as part of a total health program. Just hope it works as advertised.

I've begun to take 5-Loxin in a large dose.

But 5-Loxin is the brand name of a particular formulation of a particular supplement named Boswellia with a 30% "AKBA" component.

It's important for us to distinguish between a "brand name" and an actual supplement name.

Suppose somone like Anthony Loera began to sell a Boswellia formulation. He wouldn't be able to call his product "5-Loxin" because it's a brand name. And I'm not saying Anthony is going to do that. I'm just trying to make a point about distinguishing between a "brand" and an actual "supplement."

I've been posting about Boswellia at the link below because I think the science concerned with documenting its benefit is ovewhelming.
