I have been reading the Imminst forums for a few months now and put together a health/Nootropic regime to help me strengthen my cognitive functions, response time, and overall memory. I'm 23 years old, average build with Type 1 Diabetes and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I work as a computer consultant full time while going for my masters degree full time, so I have a pretty high level of stress. I have recently gone to a more organic natural diet which has dramatically improved my diabetes H1AC. I also have gone to drinking 5 cups of green tea a day which is now complimented with 1 cup of Matcha (Starting mid August), for the anti-oxidant and metabolic benefits. I wanted to see what everyone thought about this basic Nootropic stack and if I should make any changes.

1.6 mg Piracetam 2x a day
500mg Centrophenoxine 2x a day
250mg CDP Choline 2x a day
250mg Pantothenic Acid (b5) 2x a day
Super Ginkgo Extract 120mg 1x a day
5-HTP 100mg - 1x a day
1mg melatonin (sometimes to aid in sleep during long hours)

Since I have started this regimen in July, I feel a lot more visually aware. I can multitask faster and I have been having vivid dreams and recollection of memories from when I was younger. I want to see what everyone’s thoughts are and if there are any adjustments I should make to this.

Thanks Everyone!

It seems like a lot of choline to me.

I would think that you should be able to cut the centrophenoxine in half or get rid of the cdp-choline all together since you are only taking 3.2g of piracetam a day.

You may want to double your ginkgo to 240mg.

I hope the 5-HTP is at nighttime before bed since taking it during the day will be counterproductive to any cognitive enhancement.

You could keep your choline dosages the same and up your piracetam up to 1.6g 3 times a day. That would make more sense.

All in all congratulations on your switch to a more organic diet. I hope that your also utilizing a good multi-vitamin as well???

Good luck!

I would consider replacing the ginkgo with vinpocetine.
Take care!

Great suggestions everyone! I will try to cut out the cdp-choline a little and add some more piracetam to 3 times a day. I wasn't aware that 5-htp could be counterproductive and I will start to take that before bed. I have just ordered the AOR-othrocore vitamin as well per some forum responses I read before.
