Can you elaborate a little, i.e. what dose of each product, dosing schedule, etc. Also, had you developed tolerance to amphetamine, because that would be an unfair confounding factor (and there are several ways to reverse tolerance to and potentiate amphetamine for ADD).

Well yeah, I had to cut the Rhodiola since I had trouble sleeping. Maybe I'll double-up the Ashwagandha to 250mg and try again..I'm using a combo of LEF ashwagandha and rhodiola: it's giving me good improvement in concentration: it's working almost as well as prescription amphetamine.

So you use
250mg Rhodiola, and
250mg Ashwagandha
You have to consider the standardization as well, not just the plant. The Rhodiola product was standardized to a certain percent of rosavins and salidrosides, and the ashwahandha was standardized to withanolide glycoside conjugates and oligosacharrides. Read the bottle labels.

I'm comparing the results based on when I first started using prescription amphetamine: I had not developed any tolerance.

I take one rhodiola capsule and one ashwagandha capsule in the morning, and then I take one ashwagandha capsule in the afternoon.
But, I also use LEF Mix and Superbooster which together have lots of B vitamins and 120 mg of normally standardized ginkgo biloba. I also use a combined DHA/EPA total of 2 grams per day: Wal-Mart's brand.
