Here is what I would think helps, rated from most efficient to less:
1. Dietary proline, maybe glycine
2. Megadosing a buffered form of ascorbic acid (e.g. calcium ascorbate)
3. High dose B Vitamins for protein synthesis
4. Protein rich diet
5. Hyaluronic acid, chrondroitine, glucosamine
6. Linoleic acid maybe
Some foods that are high in proline include eggs, cabbage and wheat germ. Some foods high in lysine include peanuts, fish cottage cheese, yogurt and legumes. Catechins in green tea also help with Collagen formation as well as blueberries and other dark skinned berries. Vitamin C is important for conversion of Proline into hydroxproline and Lysine into hydroxylysine. These are the collagen form of both amino acids.
