Lets try this one out. Maybe it will work. Can we get a 3 or more for $250? Put your name in here if your in for $250 if two other people also sign on for this before this coming monday is over.

If we get the three then we'll send out a specialized lipofuscin grant t shirt to the 3 or more people.

Not much, and I dont expect this one to work, but maybe it will. Remember, this research is for your life.

I will pledge $250 if one other person does by the end of the day (for a total of 3). I'll find something to give up to do this.

Your sacrifice will be another good example we can use to bump other peoples inertia into motion with inspiration, through more example of the will to help make this happen.

And thats priceless.

It is looking like this 3 for $250 drive could be just the amount we need to reach the $8,000 goal. See here. Any takers? We have 8 hours left until the end of the fundraiser.

Yes, I Jef Braekmans pledge to donate 600 US$ for the lipofuscin ablation drive. Because I don't have the equipment to pay through the internet, Aubrey will pay for me and I pay him back at the 'Live Aid Against aging' concert.

Excellent Jef! Thanks so much for your generosity. We will use $250 of your $600 pledge for this special matching challenge and $350 as a general donation.

I'm in for this special 3 people for $250 pledge. I will take it from my 600 dollars. Is it OK like this?

I forgot a little detail, the 350 dollars there's left of the 600 should go to SENS. The reason is because first, It is hard earned money, I have to give up my social life to be able to do these donations (I have 1300 dollars (1100 Euros in a month, that's not much), and when I donate to the SENS foundation, the amount of money is leveraged and if I donate to imminst, it remains 350 dollars.

As I understand it, Imminst is giving $16,000 to SENSF, and SENSF is giving the money to Nason. Does the $16,000 gift from Imminst get matched by the SENS challenge fund (just like any other donation)?
