is this due to too much or too little choline? Options

ok, so piracetam with not enough choline produces headaches. but also, too much choline does as well. first statement i know from personal experience at least, but second only based on what i read.

anyway, today i took 2g piracetam + 250mg CDP-choline on an empty stomach at t=0. in half an hour, i felt pretty good and cognitively-able (though relatively mild to due piracetam tolerance). around t=1.5 (rough guess) i started to feel pretty tired and some brain fog. so i ate another 250-CDP choline along with a super tasty apple tart. (btw, are you supposed to take choline empty or full stomach? bottle says empty.) very soon after taking the choline and tart, i felt the brain fog go away and i felt much better and more relaxed, though not necessarily super fast. another 1.5 after this (t=3, though it seems more like 4) i started feeling the headache i feel now. i feel very slow now, and have a headache in the front, left region of my brain. however, i did get very little and poor quality sleep last night, and i did take about 2.5g ALCAR earlier in the day before all this. so it could be that. but i'm trying to figure out if this head ace is from too much choline, or from not enough? (if it's relevant, i take wellbutrin 100SR twice daily.) in the past, choline with piracetam is a pretty smooth ride for me, so i'm kinda confused. yeah i didn't sleep well, but i don't get localized headaches often, even from sleep-deprivation...perhaps ALCAR comedown, if there was such a thing?
