BRAINBOOSTERS
1. Magnesium Supplement Helps Boost Brainpower

AUTISM VITAMINS AND MINERALS
Several double-blind, placebo-controlled therapeutic trials of the use of potent antioxidants such as Vitamin C, carnosine, zinc, reduced glutathione, fish oil (rich in EPA),
melatonin andVitamin B6 in combination with magnesium in autism are ongoing [29]. In double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials, treatment with high dose Vitamin C [142] or
carnosine or combined Vitamin B6 and magnesium improved the behavior of individuals with autism.

In any case people want to take vitamins to boost their brain power.

where can i find a suplement like this one?

I'm not qualified to answer your question but I thought I'd post this info about Oxytocin which apparently can help those with a high functioning autism. The story appears several times on the net.

Individually from iHerb or your local health food supplements store

Playing a musical instrument could help autism.

Hi carlos,

Welcome to ImmInst!

We typically pick and choose individual supplements rather than finding a ready made one.

A paleo diet may be helpful. It's worth avoiding gluten/casein for a while to see if it helps.

Hey Carlos,
Lee Silsby's new Enhansa (Enhanced Absorption Curcumin) supplement seems to have gotten quite a few positive reviews online. It's available for purchase at: http://www.ourkidsas...s/featured/2508

Other than that, I suggest you take a look at this thread for some research: http://www.imminst.o...?showtopic=6549

I’ve come across many articles that talk about fish oil and how it benefits mental health, especially cognition. Here’s a link I thought you might find interesting. http://www.naturalnews.com/008003.html

Fish oil supplements are great for supporting healthy memory. I started taking Triple Strength Omega-3 about a year ago. You can find this particular product on the New Vitality website. You could go for this or other pharmaceutical grade fish oil. This grade has highest purity and potency of EPA and DHA. Try one with an enteric coating as this helps to avoid nasty after-burps – fishy refluxes!
