Phospatidyl Serine - expensive, is it worth it?

Chocamine - heard good things

Green Tea Powder

Fo-Ti

Ashwagandha

Methionine

Higher dosages of Niacin and or B-6

Glucuronolactone Powder

Galantamine

Any other suggestions?

I'm basically working on sharpening clarity, awareness, creativity, memory and especially motivation. Also would like to lose a little weight and develop a healthy, non-jittery energy.

One odd thing that I've noticed is that my motivation to do things I normally wouldn't want to do, like working in the yard, has greatly increased since I started my supplement/nootropic regiment, but other things that I used to do routinely I've completely lost interest in. Important things... like my job. And also I have severe sugar cravings.

I rather like chocamine, though from my very limited understanding of its action, it may have an adverse effect on memory (I might be misunderstanding or overstating this though).

By "green tea powder" I assume you mean Japanese matcha. I drink this all the time; it's great. I've read that because the tea is is such a fine powder and because it is ingested, your body absorbs 10x more polyphenols from matcha than any other green tea. So basically it's like taking a green tea supplement. I read that Mao Zedong used to eat his tea leaves. heh

As for ashwaganda, I really like it. At first it made me sleepy but now it's pretty neutral, sometimes even stimulating. I take it in combination with bacopa and goto kola. I would also recommend you look at bacopa. You can't really go wrong with bacopa (increases SOD and Catalase levels in the brain and whatnot).

I once took 1 gram of niacin and experienced very unpleasant side effects. I felt like I had a fever; my skin flushed a red color and I felt sort of itchy. I don't take niacin separately anymore
