I would like to get one or moe of this new compounds (in red). Do you know how to get them?
(forgive my english)

1) ebselen (other names are harmokisane or Daiichi)- peroxynitrite (ONOO) scavenger.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ebselen
it hadn't still got FDA approval, but I want to try it. http://www.alsa.org/patient/article.cfm?id=232&CFID=2&CFTOKEN=68144428

it has many good effects.
it also inhibit the enzyme IDO, that is imunnosuppesant. so IDO inhibition is good
The Selenazal Drug Ebselen is a Potent Inhibitor of Indoleamine 2,3-Dioxygenase by Targeting Enzyme Cysteine Residues.

2) iron porphyrin=FeTPPS- metalloporphyrin, that are peroxynitrite decomposition catalysts.

3) L-NAME [N(G)-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester]- Nitric Oxide Synthase inhibitor (NOS inhibitor). Or how to get other NOS inhibitor.

4) AS101- tellurium compound
Resolution of inflammation-related apoptotic processes by the synthetic tellurium compound, AS101 following liver injury.

------------------
I want to take NOS inhibitor, because:
1. To decrease production of peroxynitrite and nitrative ( nitrosative ) stress and inflammation.

because: NO + superoxide -->peroxynitrite--> inflammation, DNA damage

L-Arginine Enhances Nitrative Stress And Exacerbates TNF-Alpha Toxicity To Human Endothelial Cells In Culture: prevention by propofol.

A Novel Mechanism, Uniquely Dependent on Mitochondrial Calcium Accumulation, Whereby Peroxynitrite Promotes Formation of Superoxide/Hydrogen Peroxide and the Ensuing Strand Scission of Genomic DNA.

2. NOS inhibition has anti-depressant properties:

stress -->increase NO--> increase nitrosylation of TPH2 (the enzyme that synthesize serotonin)-->less serotonin is synthesized-->depression, sleep problems
A role for serotonin in the antidepressant activity of NG-Nitro-L-arginine, in the rat forced swimming test.

The selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor fluoxetine reduces striatal in vivo levels of voltammetric nitric oxide (NO): A feature of its antidepressant activity?

eNOS gene deletion restores blood-brain barrier integrity and attenuates neurodegeneration in the thiamine-deficient mouse brain.

thanks.
Can you explain what is the mechanism pbn,nTBHA work?
Is it NOS inhibition? or peroxynitrite scavening, ets?

Also , what is the hazards of taking it?

I responded why suppressing nitric oxide levels might be dangerous here:
