I wonder if we could get a good solid summary on each aspect of the forms of damage that accumulate and cause aging, and basics on where they are at in the research stages. Maybe even some runners up, or alternate theories, and then we could pin them. I would love to dig in and see people digging in individually. For example I want to ask questions as Im reading Ending Aging again for the second time here, and going through it slowly and taking notes, looking up a lot more stuff and studying this more closely.

Can we take large excerpts if we bought a Kindle copy of Ending Aging? Or would we have to reword it all?
