A lot of people scour the news looking for the latest research and supplement news, wondering when there will be some big break-throughs, some REAL anti-aging therapies. Are the any plans to screen for bacterial enzymes that can digest modern foods?
Everything from charred bbq to baked goods to caramel i.e. products of the Maillard reaction and on the other hand colors, preseravtives, sweetners and even pesticides?

Curious: Right now we are focusing on 7KC and A2E, but how many known types of junk molecules are there in total?

Another question: since the reason they mostly accumulate in humans and not animals is because the latter die too early, could an extension of the human lifespan, say to 150, cause us to begin accumulating new types of henceforth unknown junk molecules?

Just a reminder for those who haven't attended the chats before. I will usually start out asking a couple of questions, then after 15 or 20 minutes the chat becomes an open discussion. I do this so the guest doesn't end up bombarded with 20 questions right off the start.

I'm having out of the blue problems connecting. A couple of days ago all seemed fine. We may need to switch this to skype. We're still trying to find a solution, but for all of you who don't have skype, it's probably a good idea to start downloading...
