I have just started doing a form of exercise I read in a book called The Eye of Revelation written in 1939 by a gentleman called Kelder google it you should be able to find free references to the exercises

Basically its a set of 5 exercises that change the immune system and it also does something similar to yoga by balancing hormones

Look it up you will not be dissapointed

5 Tibetan Rites - Wikipedia

I've heard of these and am pretty skeptical. Sure if you NEVER exercise and start doing these five movements for twenty minutes, you're going to notice some benefit. But the same can be said about pretty much any exercise. How is this better than say a bowflex? Or any set of five plyometric exercises targeting different muscle groups?

Citation please? You may be right, but people at here get pretty anal about claims made with no evidence.
