Science Invite and Application Only Category. (Science vip category)

  • Suggestions for sections of the Category:
    • Sub forum with-in for new research strategy proposals.
      • we will appoint an accredited peer review panel to submit proposals to.
      • all submissions are sent to a moderator
      • moderator reviews them and decides whether or not to send them to our review panel.
      • Pinned topics with in that section:
        • Guidelines for what you can submit, (links to a content management page that goes over this.)
        • Listing of the people on the peer review panel, (links to a content management page that list them and short bios.)
    • Sub forum for accepted strategies.
      • has pinned topic that links to a content management page with required and suggested reading for each different section.
        • person is granted access to read, but has to submit a report, to a pinned “submit reports on required reading” before they can gain access unless they get a special invite pass.
        • if accepted then they are granted access to post in that particular section.
      • includes the 7 forms of damage, and evolutionary theory at this point but is left open. If something being proposed in the strategy proposal section doesn’t fit one of these then a new sections can be proposed if they strategy is accepted. This will be outlined in the “Guidelines for what people can submit” as well.
      • topics that stray are to be routinely pruned, vip lounge will help with this, people who stray excessively will be warned and may lose access to the section.
  • We’ll prime the Science Category by asking a list of initial invites to post good probing questions in all the accepted strategies sub forums.

  • We’ll promote the section by
    • continuously scouting for researchers
    • ask each researcher we do get to give us 5 or more recommendations
    • advertising to gerontology students to apply
  • We’ll incentive researchers to stick around and contribute by:
    • getting other prominent names to contribute
    • by offering them prizes by number of contributions
      • suggestions on what those prizes might be
        • $100 for everybody who posts 20 contributions
        • $1,000, $500 and $100 quarterly award to the person with the most contributions per quarter thereafter.
        • free journal subscriptions via the science category, suggestions on which journals.
          • Rejuvination Research
        • grants for participants that apply, with possibility for dedicated fundraisers to go along with them.
