- Document format: .doc or .rtf
- 7,000 word maximum
- Cover Page with Author Information & Short Biography (500 words)
- Graphics: 300 dpi minimum resolution
- Essays should not assume readers are familiar with specialist terminology
- Include relevant references Referencing Instructions
- Include a short bibliography on your topic, if you would like, to be included at the end of the book
- Plain text, without any electronically defined "styles" or advanced formatting applied
- Headings: You are encouraged to use section headings. If you use MS word, please do not apply "styles" to format headings. If hierarchical headings are used, headings should be in numeric scientific style . (1, 1.1, 1.2, 1.2.3, etc) No more than three levels of hierarchy should be used for reasons of clarity.

- A member of the editorial board will contact you once after intially editing the paper, with any questions, and once before final publication to ensure you are happy with your Chapter.
